Harry Potter Sketches (Round Four)

It's time for another batch of Harry Potter character sketches as I continue to make my way through the books again. More on the way. Enjoy!

Heydaze: Ringtone

Two Heydaze comics in a row, what do you know about that? This one, like many Heydaze ideas, was inspired from real life. However, since this one revovles around a sound, I'm not sure how successful the quite silent comic format is for conveying the intended feeling. Hopefully I pulled it off with some moderate sense of success. Enjoy!

Heydaze: Dana

I haven't done a Heydaze comic in quite a while, so here's quick one I slapped together the other day. It's so utterly pointless it's sure to leave you asking, "Why did you do one now!?"

301 Dalmatians

I saw 300 this weekend and rather enjoyed it. Afterwards I was inspired to do what I guess could be categorized as some "fan art" in the form of a parody. Yes, it seems I must incorporate my insufferably cheesy sense of humor into most everything. Enjoy!

Harry Potter Sketches (Round Three)

Here's the latest batch of Harry Potter-themed sketches as I continue to re-read my way through the books. For those of you who have expressed interest that I draw some actual scenes instead of only character art, I've currently got a couple of pieces underway that should be done soon. It's just quicker to spit out a few character pieces like these, so I do more of them. (Although one in this batch technically is a scene illustration, so you're already getting what you asked for!)
Enjoy!

Untiul the Alien

Surely this drawing makes perfect sense without any kind of explanation. What's that you say? It doesn't? Oh well.

Random Legal Pad Doodles

Sometimes at my job I keep legal pads handy for jotting down random notes and such. Not surprisingly, these pads find themselves adorned with plenty of random doodles by the time they're done. I recently got the bright idea to share some samples of these doodles on the blog, so this weekend I brought one of the pads home and made some scans. Here for your viewing pleasure is a compilation of some of the oddities contained therein. All of them are done in ballpoint pen, for anyone who cares about that sort of thing.
