Jenn and Bueno: Magic Show

Here are Jenn & Bueno performing a magic show, with questionable success. I suppose an alternate title for this post could have been, "I quit!"

And for what it's worth, this is another modern remake of an older piece of mine from a few years ago...which I actually redrew late last year and forgot I hadn't posted yet!

Animated Bueno Wave

I’ve been using the same image as my avatar over on deviantart (and here on this blog) for nearly a decade now--a little animated picture of Bueno waving. I finally decided it was time to update it with a more current rendition of Bueno–though he’s still waving the same as he ever was. (His arm must be so tired!)
 
Since the avatars for these blogs are so small, I thought I’d show off a larger version of the simple little animation for your enjoyment.

Lil' Jenn & Bueno (& Heidi)

I've sometimes wondered what Jenn and Bueno would look like as kids (or a kid and a puppy, rather).  So I decided to draw them that way.

And since I've recently given tweaks to Heidi's design, I decided to throw in a kid version of her as well. (I actually realized that the kid in this sketch from a few years back already looked kind of like a young Heidi, so I used that design as a template.)

Bueno Model Sheet

I thought I'd try making a model sheet for Bueno, as a companion to the model sheet I made for Jennifer a few months back (which I'm also including again in this post).

Model sheets are not something I usually do for any of my characters--partially because of laziness and partially because of lack of skill. But now, even though I've been drawing them for years, Jenn and Bueno both have their own official model sheets! Huzzah!

Heidi Character Sketches

One of my many seldom used characters is Heidi (you've seen her make rare appearances in Jenn & Bueno pin-ups over the years--she's supposed to be one of Jenn's friends--but none very recently).

Despite how rarely I use her, it's fun to tweak her design a little now and then. And that's what I was doing here. Enjoy!

Kiss A Ginger Day

I saw online that today (January 12) was apparently "Kiss A Ginger Day".  It's a little late in the day at this point, but I thought I'd work up a quick Jenn "selfie" for the occasion.

Bowie

Worked up a quick sketch today (and later slapped some quick colors on it) in honor and memory of David Bowie. Naturally I went for the Goblin King.
