Who Watches Over You?
Here's the artwork for the design that failed the Threadless vote last week. For those not in the know, the art is inspired by the excellent They Might Be Giants song, "Birdhouse In Your Soul".

Thanks. Sadly I am a big fan of T-shirts (one of my nerdy obsessions). Also, I want the money they give to winners. Daddy needs a new compy! :)
Last night's episode of Bored to Death featured a bluebird nightlight (in a brief cutaway). And they also used the song over the end of the show. And it was quite a funny episode (as usual). If you have HBO, maybe you can catch the rerun some time this week.
I've heard of the show, but as I don't have HBO I guess I won't be seeing it. Perhaps I need to add it to the ever-growing list of premium cable TV series I mean to catch up with on DVD.
Cool that they gave a nod to the song, though! There was an episode of the tragically short-lived "Pushing Daisies" that featured it as well.
