Harry Potter Sketches (Round Five)

Yet another round of Harry Potter art with some characters from book four (I'm just wrapping up the re-read of book five, so will probably have a couple of sketches from that one at some point soon). Enjoy!

For you purists, yes, I realize Madame Maxime's hands and feeet are described as being rather large like Hagrid's, but I decided to take some (extra) creative liberties with this design.

cool.
nice character studies.

Jen actually met Mary Grand Pre
in college. Apparently she very similar features to the Harry she draws.

Very very cool. Love the style, but I still miss the illustration of specific scenarios.

Thanks for the comments, guys.

Brian: That's cool that Jen got to meet Mary Grand Pre (wish I got to meet more cool artists in person.) And it's kinda funny to know she actually looks a little like her Harry.

Dick: Yeah, I really intended to do more actual scenario illustrations with this exercise, and even had a couple roughed out, but so far I obviously haven't taken the time to do so. MAYBE I'll crank out at least a couple before I get off this kick, but at this rate who knows.

Suggestions for favorite scenes, anyone?
